The staff was very pleasant and really good and provided exceptional service. Handy very central location short walk to a nice pub for dinner, The Rope and Twine, supermarkets and fast food outlets, and the centre of Dunedin. It also was on main road junction.

Manager very acommodating and professional, with a pleasant and skilled staff
My back went out and I was unable to travel much. A spell of rainy weather also kept us tied down. A heated whirlpool spa would have been helpful. We were disappointed not to be on the coast which was nearby, and felt the website was a bit misleading.

The room was spacious and very well equipped, DVD's were available for free if you were staying longer, we only stayed one night
Unfortunately the message that I put on the Booking website about requiring an extra child bed had not reached the motel and they had none available. However the owner contacted anither hotel and arranged for another bed to be supplied.
